Dapol Class 221 DCC Sound Installation

Dapol Class 221 installation of DCC sound decoder and speaker into the leading or trailing (dummy) car. If you require sound installing in more than one coach and/or the centre motorized coach, please contact us for pricing.

For the newer Next18 version, the conversion is fairly straightforward however some modifications are required for the 6 pin version.

NOTE: For each power car you require converting, this also requires:

• 1 x ESU LokSound sound decoder
• 1 x Speaker (included free when you purchase your ESU decoders from us)
• 1 x Legomanbiffo sound file

When purchasing conversion of both power cars, you will get specially configured sound so that the horn sound comes from the correct end depending on the direction of travel.
